¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Dilip Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that the matter regarding sanctioning of map submitted by petitioner on

19.11.2022 is pending consideration before respondent no.3 since November, 2022.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.3 considers and decides the aforesaid matter in a time bound manner.

¶4Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, opposite party no.3-Prescribed Authority, Regulated Area, Sultanpur is directed to consider and decide the matter regarding sanctioning of map submitted by petitioner on

19.11.2022 expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
