¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that with regard to a Mandir property, respondent nos.15 to 19 are trying to interfere unauthorizedly in the possession of petitioner.

¶3The dispute, on the face of it, is between private parties with regard to the property in question.

¶4Petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a suit for injunction as allegations are against private individuals. The writ petition for the relief claimed is not maintainable.
