¶2Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

¶3The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned C.J.M., Balrampur to decide the Criminal Case No.3509 of 2023 arising out of F.I.R. No.47 of 2020 under Sections 465, 466, 468, 469, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District-Balrampur pending before him, expeditiously.

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶5Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant

¶6In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned learned C.J.M., Balrampur to decide the Criminal Case No.3509 of 2023 arising out of F.I.R. No.47 of 2020 under Sections 465, 466, 468, 469, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District-Balrampur pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment.
