¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Manish Kumar has drawn attention of this Court towards the affidavit of compliance filed on 19.03.2021 showing the order dated 13.03.2020 passed by the Commandant 32 Bn. PAC, Lucknow, adjudicating the claim of the petitioner.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that, however, the petitioner has been paid some dues after revising his pension but revision of the pay has not been done properly, inasmuch as instead of revising the pension w.e.f. 1996, the authorities has revised the pension w.e.f. 2006.

¶4Be that as it may, since the authority concerned has passed the order dated 13.03.2020 (supra) adjudicating the clam of the petitioner, therefore, if the petitioner aggrieved from the aforesaid order dated 13.03.2020, he may challenge the same before appropriate Court of law, inasmuch as the Contempt Court cannot test the authenticity or validity of the order being passed in compliance of the order of Writ Court.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
