¶1Heard.

¶2Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with.

¶3He has further stated that the competent authority i.e. Additional District Magistrate, Sultanpur has passed the order dated 19th of August, 2023, the same is taken on record.

¶4Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional CSC to provide the copy of the order dated 19th of August, 2023 to leaned counsel for the petitioner within 48 hours.

¶5In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶6Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
