The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh to decide the Session Trial No.829/2022, "State V/s Abhay Pratap Singh and others", Under section-323, 506, 328, 376-D IPC, P.S. Kandhai, District-Pratapgarh, expeditiously within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the charges have been framed in the aforesaid case on 01.12.2022 and the proceedings of the case is going on for evidence but the trial court has not concluded the trial yet. He has further submitted that it is a case pertaining to rape which comes within the purview of heinous crime, therefore, trial court may be directed to conclude the case within the time specified by this Court. Considering aforesaid prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Session Trial No.829/2022, "State V/s Abhay Pratap Singh and others", with expedition, say, within a period of 10 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
