¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's transfer in accordance with paragraph 5

(vi) of the Government Order dated 07.06.2023 since petitioner has less than two years to superannuate.

¶3For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 15.06.2022. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

¶4Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.2 i.e. Commissioner/Ayukt, Rural Development Department, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 15.06.2022 by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 15.06.2022 alongwith a copy of this order.
