¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "i. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing the opposite parties to pay the differences of arrears of salary in Level 13 A-I Grade Pay Rs.9000/- which comes entry pay Rs.1,31,400/ w.e.f 03.05.2018 upto 31.05.2022 alongwith 129% interest from due date till actual payment made to the petitioner in pursuant to Govt. orders dated 16.03.2020, 18.05.2022 & 21.08.2022 issued by the State Govt. ii. issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Count may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. iii. allow the writ petition with costs in favour of the petitioner."

¶3For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 22.09.2023. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

¶4Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Department of Technical Education, Govt. of U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated

22.09.2023 by reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 22.09.2023 alongwith a copy of this order.
