¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to provide second grade of pay-scale of Rs.8,000-13500 along with revised second grade pay-scale of Rs.9300 - 34800+5400/- to petitioner as well as enhancement of the pension.

¶3For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 19.10.2023 before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer with regard to final decision on the same.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, opposite party no.3 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Dhaurahra, District Lakhimpur Kheri or any other competent authority is directed to consider and decide representation of petitioner dated 19.10.2023 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before authority concerned along with a copy of said representation.
