¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for grant of benefits of regularization in service to petitioners on the post of Mukhya Sevika along with consequential benefits and to count services of petitioners since the date of initial appointment for purpose of regularization and other service benefits.

¶3It has been submitted that petitioners were initially appointed in July, 2003 and have rendered more than twenty years' service but without regularization.

¶4For the said grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioners restricts prayer with regard to final decision on the same.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. The Director, Department of Bal Vikas Seva Evam Pushtahar, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
