¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on attaining the age of superannuation, the petitioner has retired from service on

31.3.2015, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. He submits that some amount of G.P.F. is pending consideration before the respondent and in case direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the issue involved, justice would be met.

¶2Looking to the trivial controversy involved in the present writ petition, it is directed that in case some amount of G.P.F. is pending, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2, who shall consider and pass appropriate reasoned speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
