He submits that this petition has been filed against dead person-Ram Shankar, who died in April, 2022. Sri Shantam Awasthi learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with proper pleadings and impleading the necessary parties. To which, there is no objection by the other side. Dismissed accordingly as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, office is directed to return the certified copies of the orders annexed with the petition in accordance with law to the counsel for the petitioner after keeping the photocopy on record.
