¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for seeking execution of order dated 20.12.2022 passed by the Writ Court in Writ-A No.8607 of 2022.

¶3Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel has stated that however notice has not been issued in the present case but the Director of Basic Education, U.P. has provided copy of the office report dated 11.05.2023 whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of the aforesaid office memo has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development, there would be no purpose to issue notice to the opposite party or to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
