The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed for expeditious disposal of the trial no. 368 of 2019 and 430 of 2019, pending before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No. 13, Sultanpur, in Case Crime No. 127 of 2019, under sections 302,323,427,452,504,506,34 of I.P.C., Police Station-Karaundikala, District-Sultanpur. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2019, but, even after passing of about 4 years, the proceeding of the case not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the proceedings of trial no. 368 of 2019 and 430 of 2019, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time if there is no legal impediment.
