¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.

¶2Present petition is filed with a prayer to quash the chargesheet no. 01 of 2023 in crime No.36 of 2020 and the congnizance taken by the Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, District-Gonda dated 01.20.2023 under Sections 419, 420 IPC, P.S.- Tarabanj, District-Gonda.

¶3Learned AGA raised preliminary objection that the enclosures are not readable.

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

¶5Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
