¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to decide petitioner's application dated 13.07.2022 for compassionate appointment in view of fact that petitioner's mother passed away in service on 23.04.2021 while working on the post of Auxiliary Nurse & Midwife in the Community Health Centre, Baskhari District Ambedkar Nagar.

¶3In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, opposite party no.3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, District Ambedkar Nagar is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's application dated 13.07.2022 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with copy of application dated 13.07.2022.
