¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party/ contemnor has filed affidavit of compliance on behalf of the opposite party, today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party/ contemnor has stated that in compliance of order of the Writ Court dated 13.05.2022 the mutation proceedings of the petitioner have been decided vide order dated 30.10.2023, as the copy of order has been annexed as Annexure No.1 with the affidavit of compliance. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition, hence, the same may be dismissed.

¶3Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
