Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. Notice to respondent is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. Through this petition the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.19, Barabanki to expeditiously decide the Misc. Case No.3052 of 2021 (Arun Kumar Singh vs. Ratnesh Kumar) pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.19, Barabanki, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint has been filed by him under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act on 30.6.2021 in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.11, Barabanki and upon which cognizance has been taken and the respondent was summoned on 20.8.2021. He further submits that the trial under N. I. Act is summary in nature and it has been provided under Section 143(3) that the trial is required to be expedited within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. On due consideration to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court concerned to expedite the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
