¶1Heard Sri Syed Asaghar Mehdi, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pragyanand Rai, the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State.

¶2This application has been filed seeking cancellation of the order dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.13718 of 2021, granting bail to the opposite party no.2.

¶3The order dated 26.04.2023 is sought to be cancelled on the ground that the opposite party no.2 is threatening the applicant. To substantiate this allegation the copy of a letter dated

17.06.2023 sent by the applicant to the Inspector of the Police has been annexed, wherein it has been stated that the accused persons are presurizing the informant and his brother to enter into a settlement and the applicant is being threatened of being murdered. However, no specific date, time or place of any such incident has been mentioned in the letter. Moreover, there is nothing on record to indicate that the letter was actually delivered or tendered to the aforesaid authority.

¶4The allegations are vague and unsubstantiated.
