The accused Prem Prakash @ Gippu Tiwari S/o Shivkumar Goswami, Neelu D/o Bharat Goswami and Anil Goswami S/o Shivkumar Goswami have been found to have committed the offence under Sections 147, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and charge sheet has, therefore, been filed in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda on

06.08.2023.
