Against the order dated 06.06.2023, passed by the Tehsildar, the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The concerned Tehsildar has been promoted as the S.D.M., hence the petitioner moved an application for transfer of the appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that yesterday only i.e.

31.10.2023, the District Magistrate, Hardoi has already allowed the transfer application of petitioner and transferred the appeal to another S.D.M. Hence, the appeal of the petitioner has been transferred before another S.D.M. Learned counsel for petitioner states that his stay application filed along with the appeal may be considered as expeditiously as possible. In view thereof, the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate, is directed to decide the stay application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
