Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that respondent no. 5, private respondent, is interfering in the patta land of the petitioners. The dispute is between the private respondents with regard to the property. This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition. Petitioners have an appropriate alternative remedy of filing a suit before the appropriate court. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record. (Manish Kumar, J.)
