Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioners have approached this Court for mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to entertain the Will submitted by the petitioners for registration and for appropriate order. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the petitioners had not completed the formalities required under law and therefore the Will was not accepted. The petitioners are permitted to submit their Will before Respondent No.1 - Sub-Registrar, Sadar, District - Pratapgarh after completing all the required formalities. The Respondent No.1 - Sub-Registrar, Sadar, Pratapgarh in case, finds any formalities not completed, he shall communicate the petitioner in writing with regard to the further formalities required to be completed. It is expected that the Sub-Registrar shall do the needful as expeditiously as possible without any delay. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. .
