There is a consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement and order of this Court passed in Writ A No. 7632 of 2023 in re: Kaushilya Devi vs State of U.P. and others decided on 09.10.2023, a copy of which is part of annexure 5 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of.
