Petitioner has approached this court claiming that respondent Gaon Sabha is trying to interfere in his possession. Admittedly the patta of the petitioner was cancelled way back on 26.10.2010 and petitioner has filed a case bearing Suit No. T20211064030096 (Kallu Vs. State of U.P.) challenging the same, which is pending before the court concerned though claimed that stay order is granted on 22.09.2023 but perusal of it shows that it was passed on administrative side. In the given facts and circumstances, petitioner has an alternative remedy of pressing stay application before the court concerned. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is consigned to record. In case such an application is filed by the petitioner before court concerned, the Court concerned shall hear and decide the same expeditiously.
