This Court by means of the order dated 05.10.2023, after hearing the parties, found that it was a fit case for being referred for arbitration and had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Rakhra (Retd.) Judge of this Court to act as an arbitrator and had sought his consent. The office report dated 01.11.2023 indicates that the consent has been received. Accordingly, in light of the order dated 05.10.2023, this Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Rakhra (Retd.) Judge of this Court, resident of 2/146, M.Vishesh Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Mobile No.9415011869, as an Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.S. Rakhra (Retd.), Judge of this Court, resident of 2/146, M.Vishesh Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Mobile No.9415011869 who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
