The instant petition has been filed for quashing of the charge sheet dated 21.08.2023 issued by the respondent no.4/5, a copy of which is annexure no.1 to the petition. At the very outset, Shri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent no.4 states that he has got instructions that the impugned charge sheet is being withdrawn out rightly and an order to the said effect will be passed within 24 hours from today.
