¶1Heard Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Indrajeet Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents are present.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) with liberty to file the petition afresh by enclosing all the relevant documents on the basis of which the policy decisions impugned was taken.
