Judgment

Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1219 of 2023 Petitioner :- Sapphire Media Services , Haryana Thru. Proprietor Sahil Mangla Respondent :- Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. Lko. Thru. General Manager (E) Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Shukla,Apoorva Tewari Counsel for Respondent :- Ashok Kumar Singh Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J.

¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

¶2By the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.1.2023 whereby petitioner has been placed on Holiday List (blacklisting) for a period of 12 months, out of which 10 months are already over. The petitioner now claims that respondents have provided certain contracts to work and, hence the impugned order cannot sustain.

¶3The said fact is being seriously disputed by learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, saying that such work could be provided under the contract to the petitioner.

¶4Be that as it may, learned counsel for respondents also accepts that out of 12 months, 10 months have already passed and the same can be treated as sufficient punishment to the petitioner. The said statement of learned counsel for respondents is taken on record.

¶5Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of, providing that respondents shall from now onwards consider the petitioner as having suffered by the impugned order dated 25.1.2023. The period of 12 months as provided in the impugned order is treated to have expired today and the said order shall no more be read against the petitioner.
