¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State on this application moved for withdrawal of the short-term-bail application.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the short-term-bail application with the liberty to file a regular bail application under Section 439 CrPC, afresh.

¶3To the said submission, learned A.G.A. has no objection.

¶4Accordingly, the application is allowed. On Memo

¶1Since Application No.IA/2 of 2023 filed for withdrawal of the short-term-bail-application has been allowed, the instant short-term-bail-application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to file a regular bail application under Section 439 CrPC, afresh.
