¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party.

¶2Sri Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has shown copy of order dated 13.10.2023 passed by the Principal Secretary, Ayush, Government of U.P. Lucknow whereby the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of the order of the Writ Court, the same is taken on record. The copy of the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2023 has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.

¶6However, it is always open for the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 13.10.2023 (supra) before appropriate court of law/ authority, if the petitioner itself aggrieved from that order.
