¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has filed instructions letter being submitted by the District Magistrate, Lucknow along with recovery certificate dated

31.03.2021 as well as photocopy of the Demand Draft of Rs.27,34,419/-, the copy thereof has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the same is taken on record.

¶3As per Sri Bajpai, since the amount in question has been recovered and has been provided to RERA, therefore, the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶4In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notice, if any, stands discharged.
