At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the instant application has also been filed on behest of applicant no. 2, namely, Smt Autari @ Suman Devi, inadvertently, as an application has already been filed on her behalf. He added that no application under section 482 has been filed on behalf of applicant no. 1, yet. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file afresh. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submission, instant application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
