¶1This contempt petition is of the year 2017.

¶2Case called out.

¶3None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this contempt petition nor any request for adjournment of the case has been sought. However, Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite parties is present.

¶4Sri Lalit Shukla has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. The affidavit of compliance has already been filed.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any objection to the said affidavit of compliance.

¶6Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
