¶1Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that he has already informed the learned counsel for the opposite party regarding the application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition made in the present writ petition against which he has expressed no objection.

¶2The applicant has stated that the second writ petition has come to be filed by mistake and the earlier order passed in Writ-C No. 2404 of 2023 takes care of the grievance. The abuse of the process of law is regretted by tendering an apology.
