¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of salary for the months of May and June, 2022 and post retiral benefits due to petitioner such as gratuity, leave encashment, arrears of pension etc. with effect from July, 2022 alongwith interest.

¶3For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

¶4Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Registrar-cum-Commissioner, Co-operative Societies, Lucknow or any competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in terms of Rule 21-A of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Collection Fund and the Amins and Other Staff Service (First Amendment) Rules of 2005 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
