¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2There is a dispute with regard to certain land between petitioner and private respondent no.6 and 7. With regard to the same, suits under Section 33(B) bearing Case No. T201904120202612 and T201904120202613 are pending before the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Ram Sanehighat, District Barabanki and a suit under Sections 34 and 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 bearing Case No.T201804120202967 is pending before the court of Nayab Tehsildar, Dariyabad, Tehsil Ram Sanehighat, District Barabanki and an application under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is also filed which is yet to be taken cognizance.

¶3Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and without entering into the merit of case, respondent no.3 Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Ram Sanehighat, Barabanki and respondent no.4 Nayab Tehsildar, Dariyabad, Tehsil-Ram Sanehighat, Barabanki are directed to decide the aforesaid cases pending before them, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
