¶1Sri Raj Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondents today and the same is taken on record.

¶2Earlier petitioner had approached this Court with the similar prayer by way of Writ Petition o.11537 (M/B) of 2017 which was disposed of by order dated 24.05.2017. Thus any application can only be moved in the said writ petition only for review of order and fresh writ petition for the similar relief can not be filed.
