Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Jitendra Saksena, Advocate who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as on 11.07.2023 an amount of Rs. 2,99,062.26 is due against the petitioner. Petitioner states that petitioner is ready and willing to pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/- within a period of one month from today and remaining entire amount shall be paid within a period of total six months. The aforesaid amount shall be paid in equal monthly installments. It is further pvovided that no penalty interest on the said amount i.e. 299062.26 shall be charged from the petitioner, in case petitioner deposits the said amount in aforesaid manner. The simple interest shall only be charged which would be paid by the petitioner with the last installment. In case of failure to deposit two consecutive installments, benefit of this order shall not be available to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of.
