¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that there are discrepancies in the bills of petitioner which are raised to the tune of Rs.2,40,301/-.

¶2After hearing counsel for parties following order is passed:-

¶3It is provided that in case petitioner makes a representation before respondent no.2 Executive Engineer/Prescribed Officer, Power Distribution Division First, U.P. Power Corporation Limited, District-Pratapgarh within a period of two weeks from today and also deposits an amount of Rs.50,000/- within the aforesaid period only before respondent no.2, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter. Any further demand with regard to said dispute against petitioner shall be subject to final order passed by respondent no.2. Meanwhile, petitioner shall continue to pay his regular bills. In case of failure of any of the aforesaid conditions, the benefit of this order will not be available to petitioner.
