¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for respondents.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that she has already granted Electricity Connection No.7754354000 but no electricity supply is being made by respondents and no electricity meter is installed in her house.

¶3Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Sub Division Bedupara, Lambhua, District-Sultanpur, raising all her grievance within a period of one week from today along with a certified copy of this order.

¶4In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is moved before him. He shall also ensure that appropriate steps are taken for electricity supply to petitioner in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. Any demand raised against the petitioner shall be subject to final order passed by respondent no.2.
