Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his complaint with regard to selection of Kisan Sewa Kendra Dealership is rejected vide impugned order dated 03.07.2009. Learned counsel for respondent-Indian Oil Corporation states that in case petitioner moves a fresh application for grant of Kisan Sewa Kendra Dealership, it shall be considered and decided afresh in accordance with law. He further states that the earlier application was rejected only on the ground that he was not having consent of the co-owners of the property. Counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case representation of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided afresh on merit. In view thereof, writ petition is allowed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for dealership of Kisan Sewa Kendra before respondent no. 4/Chief Retail Sales Manager, IPB Bhawan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, raising all his grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, respondent no.4, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him.
