A co-accused Abhinav Kumar Singh, who was also similarly placed, has been granted bail by means of order dated 20.7.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9149 of 2023.
¶5The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been made director of the company without his knowledge by misusing his documents.

¶7The learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer of the bail, but he could not dispute the aforesaid aspects of the matter.
¶8Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R and the informant has not levelled any allegation against him; that the complaint is regarding non repayment of money after maturity of the investment and that the applicant has not been shown to have received any benefit from the investment, coupled with the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 10.07.2021 and without making any observations which may affect the merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail in the present case also.
