Learned AGA has produced instructions sent by Sub Inspector Deepchandra Prasad, police station Gurubaksganj, District Raebareilly and the same is taken on record. In the said instructions it has been stated that charge sheet has been prepared against the petitioner Smt. Bitan Devi and sent to the Supervisory Authority on 01.09.2023. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to take appropriate decision within a period of six weeks. It is made clear that till a period of six weeks or till a decision is taken by the Supervisory Authority, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of impugned FIR.
