Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. Surendra Singh had a personal enmity against the petitioner and several F.I.Rs. have also been lodged by him, details of which has been mentioned in paragraph-8 of the writ petition. It has also been submitted that the story narrated in the F.I.R. is false. The petitioner is a registered Advocate and his registration number is UP01018/2023. It has also been submitted by learned A.G.A. that the petitioner may have come to know of the complaint having been made against him and, therefore, he got his registration done in the year 2023. After having examined the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned F.I.R., we are of the opinion that the impugned F.I.R. discloses cognizable offence by the petitioner, hence, no interference is called for by this Court in its extraordinary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the F.I.R. or for grant of any interim relief to the petitioner and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
