¶2Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶3Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "To direct the Learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, F.T.C.-II, Balrampur to decide the application dated-23.03.2023 moved by the petitioner for medical examination of the accused/Opposite party no. 2 for ascertaining his age in the Misc. Case No. 1555/09/2000, arising out from the Case Crime No. 66/1999, Under Section-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Gaura Chauraha, District-Balrampur."

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant prays that he does not want to press the present application.

¶5Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
