¶2Sri K.K. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party has shown copy of office order dated 20.09.2023 passed by the General Manager (Karmik), U.P. Forest Corporation whereby in compliance of the order of this Court, decision has been taken. Copy of aforesaid order dated 20.09.2023 is taken on record and copy of the same may be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
