¶1Present petition has been filed with the following main reliefs: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to opposite party no. 3 & 4 to pay interest to the petitioners in pursuance of order dated 23.08.1993 of opposite party no. 3 on delayed deposit of EPF employee and employer contribution amount of the petitioner in the EPF Trust PCDF Lucknow under the provisions of Section 7 Q of the Employee Provident Fund, 1952. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to opposite party no. 3 and 4 to pay interest to the petitioners along with damages for default by way of penalty in payment of contribution due to delayed deposit of EPF employee and employer contribution amount of the petitioners in the EPF Trust PCDF Lucknow under provisions of 32 A Chapter 5 of The Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1972."

¶2Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached respondent no.3, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.3, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months.

¶3This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.2 & 3 and has filed his vakalatnama in Court, which has been taken on record.
