On being pointed out by Sri Anurag Kumar Maurya, learned State Counsel that Gaon Sabha has not been impleaded as opposite party in the present petition as also that with regard to the order(s) dated 28.07.2023 passed in three separate cases i.e. 381/2023, 383/2023 and 388/2023, the single petition has been filed, as such the present petition is not liable to be entertain, learned Counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
