On an objection raised by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that this petition has been filed without explaining the delay and laches for setting aside the order dated 16.06.2021, by means of which the license of the petitioner has been cancelled and the license of the respondent no.4 had been restored without explaining the delay and laches. Even otherwise, the petitioner has a remedy of appeal against the said order which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
